Adultery has always been with us – but normalising it is a very modern mistake

    I don’t see any significant move to “normalize” adultery. Many Catholics that the Church has accused of adultery have simply divorced and remarried. That isn’t adultery to anyone except the disordered, celibate virgins in the Church which is stuck in the middle ages because of a manic obsession with sex. I’m glad the Church is still denying communion to those remarried Catholics because that almost certainly guarantees that their children will not be raised Catholic.
