Pope approves additional Synod participants

Pope Francis has ratified the names of participants chosen by 13 episcopal conferences to take part in the upcoming Synod of Bishops on the family.

The Pontiff had previously ratified the names of participants chosen by over 100 other episcopal conferences, as well as the names of ten heads of male religious institutes chosen by the International Union of Superior Generals.
