Pope Francis Arrive Rome and visits Marian basilica

Pope Francis arrived Rome Monday on 30th November following his six days Papal visit to Kenya, Uganda and Central African Republic. The trip to Africa marked the Holy Fathers 5th Pastoral trip in 2015, covering twelve (12) countries of the world.

Corriere della Sera reported that the Holy Father upon arrival visited the Basilica of Santa Maria Maggiore to thank the Blessed Mother for protecting him during his journey.
