The Vatican has revealed her Christmas Stamp which showcases a 15th century manuscript illumination of the Holy Family.

The Image originated from Codices Urbinates Latini 239 (1477-1478) from the Vatican Library, of an unknown artist.

In November 19th the stamp was placed on sale in two denominations of 80 euro cents and 95 euro cents in sheets of 10. Vatican’s post office and Philatelic and Numismatic Office also offer a collector’s booklet containing four 95 euro cent stamps and commemorative cover for €3.80.

Intrested personnels should place order by sending mail to: order.ufn@scv.va. Then the Vatican stamp office will send an order form and payment instructions.
