Personally, anytime I look at the Rosary in my own car, I focus on one of the mysteries and let it guide me on a brief meditation while driving. It basically is holding it loosely so as not to get distracted while at the same time lifting the heart to God and Our Lady. Her powerful protection quiets the anxiety of the heart because she is a most dependable Mother.
