The government of France have so far since the attack in Paris ran several investigations and have come to realize that there are radical mosques existing several parts of the country, and to these effect the French government have shut down over 160 mosques and counting.
A Muslim prison chaplain, Hassan El Alaoui told Al Jazeera that “those mosques were closed because they are ran illegally without proper licenses, they preach hatred, and issue threats against Muslims who leave the faith”
Hassan El Alaoui said: “This kind of speech shouldn’t even be allowed in Islamic countries, let alone secure countries like France.”
Hassan El Alaoui insisted that the mosques slated for closing are not authentically Islamic at all. “The whole issue is not about Muslims, but about terrorists,” he said this to clear those saying that the French government are attacking Muslims.

This action on the part of the French government, if true, is very appropriate. It is also true that the mosques are used all forum for preaching hatred. This is very unfair conduct in return for the goodwill of being allowed to stay in a host country. In my country, the mosques even use loud speakers wherein the worship done therein are heard all around the community as if in disregard of those the neighbors who are not muslims. Worship should be private.
