How Muslims Can Get to Heaven

Full Question

Can Muslims go to heaven?

It’s possible, although they wouldn’t be saved on account of their distinctive Muslim beliefs. All salvation comes by Jesus Christ and through his one Catholic Church. The Catechism of the Catholic Church elaborates on the possibility of eternal salvation for non-Catholic Christians and non-Christians:

How are we to understand this affirmation, often repeated by the Church Fathers? Re-formulated positively, it means that all salvation comes from Christ the Head through the Church which is his Body:

Basing itself on Scripture and Tradition, the Council teaches that the Church, a pilgrim now on earth, is necessary for salvation: the one Christ is the mediator and the way of salvation; he is present to us in his body which is the Church. He himself explicitly asserted the necessity of faith and Baptism, and thereby affirmed at the same time the necessity of the Church which men enter through Baptism as through a door. Hence they could not be saved who, knowing that the Catholic Church was founded as necessary by God through Christ, would refuse either to enter it or to remain in it.

This affirmation is not aimed at those who, through no fault of their own, do not know Christ and his Church:

Those who, through no fault of their own, do not know the Gospel of Christ or his Church, but who nevertheless seek God with a sincere heart, and, moved by grace, try in their actions to do his will as they know it through the dictates of their conscience—those too may achieve eternal salvation.

“Although in ways known to himself God can lead those who, through no fault of their own, are ignorant of the Gospel, to that faith without which it is impossible to please him, the Church still has the obligation and also the sacred right to evangelize all men” (CCC 846-48, emphases added; footnotes omitted).

Nash leaves out the section of the catechism that in referring to infants who die before baptism states that the church knows of no way to salvation outside of baptism, for example: “The Church does not know of any means other than Baptism that assures entry into eternal beatitude;.” Through its policy of making contraception a mortal sin, the Church has therefore been responsible for sending millions of aborted souls to Hell.
Why is this baptism required? Original sin. Except that this never happened. The DNA evidence tells us now that we evolved from a pool of a few tens of thousands of early ancestors and not a single breeding pair. This is probably the largest problem facing the Church right now since it has no legitimacy if original sin is not real. The last several popes have accepted evolution and they understand there was no literal garden paradise. Our ancestors woke up trying to get through the day without being eaten, and they struggled mightily to survive. What was their original sin? Attaining a certain level of intellect and self-aware consciousness? Learning to make fire and use tools, or was original sin learning how to talk?
Ask almost any well-educated priest and he will tell you that most of Genesis is mythical. Many priests even understand that the Exodus and conquest of Canaan never occurred, and most will agree privately that there was no six day creation or global flood. Nevertheless, the Church continues to speak publicly, as in this article, about these things, as though they were historical. It’s rather hypocritical, don’t you think? They do hang on to the two-person DNA bottleneck though, denying the science, because accepting the evidence delegitimizes the Church. It didn’t work with Galileo. The sun never returned to circling the earth, and in time the DNA evidence will have to be accepted. How the Church deals with that is the question of the century.

What is this Patrick? ” Through its policy of making contraception a mortal sin, the Church has therefore been responsible for sending millions of aborted souls to Hell.” The mortal sin falls on the one deciding to abort, not the baby! Will pray that your hardened heart will some day see the truth.
