Is it disrespectful to eat lunch as I am praying the rosary?

No, it is not disrespectful. What could be wrong with praying while eating?

    Well, considering that we don’t believe in fairies, nor pray, to imaginary beings that are in the sky; I would agree with you on that part. As Catholics, we believe God to be the sheer act of To-Be itself; we don’t believe God to be a being that you can examine under a microscope, or that God is a being among many. To be God is to be To-Be, which is to say that God is being itself. So take note of that.
