Islamic State attack the Centre of Christianity in Syria

The Islamic State have launched a fresh terrorist attack on Sadad, Syria. Sadad is considered the heart and centre of Christianity in the whole of her Syrian region, most of her people have their origin from the Aramaic speaking nativities (the language Jesus spoke; His native language). Sadad have been a stronghold for Christianity over centuries now.
But all that stronghold and strong Christian footing Sadad have is feared to lose it’s missionary valor and glory as many fled the town, in escape for their lives leaving their properties behind
The Islamic State have conquered and taken over Sadad, carrying out their usual rituals of forcefully converting captives to Islam and murdering resistors.
“If Sadad falls, then we have lost the center of Christianity in our Diocese” said Archbishop Selwanos Boutros Alnemeh of Homs
