An Indiana man faces criminal charges after waving a loaded pistol at pro-life activists outside an Illinois abortion clinic.
Clifton Ratney, who was accompanying a woman to the clinic, reportedly told police that he had drawn his weapon because pro-lifers “shouted toward” him. The episode was caught on videotape.
Ratney is licensed to carry a pistol in Indiana, but not in Illinois, where the incident occurred.
