
The Holy Father after a meeting with the Prefect of the Congregation for the Causes of Saints, Cardinal Angelo Amato SDB, where they considered the two miracles attributed to Mother Teresa; the Holy Father officially authorized the canonization of Mother Teresa.
“Pope Francis has confirmed that the curing of a Brazilian man suffering from multiple brain tumours in 2008 can be attributed to the miraculous intercession of Mother Teresa.” said the Archbishop of Kolkata
The healing of the Brazilian man was confirmed a miracle three days ago when a panel of experts set up by the Vatican concluded their investigations affirmed that no natural cause could explain the healing. Therefore the Congregation for the Causes of the Saints, concluded that the healing attributed to Mother Teresa was miraculous.

“At the hearing the Holy Father authorised the Congregation to promulgate the decree regarding: The miracle attributed to the intercession of Blessed Teresa of Calcutta, foundress of the Congregation of the Missionaries of Charity and the Missionaries of Charity; born August 26, 1910 and died September 5, 1997.” said Cardinal Angelo Amato SDB, Prefect of the Congregation for the Causes of Saints
This confirms that it was “Always between her and God anyways.” Let heaven and earth rejoice at the crowning glory of our new Saint. Saint Teresa of Calcutta pray for us!
