The Year of Mercy opening ceremony in extended to the late evenings of yesterday when time came for a three hours light show of Nature and Environment. A light Show depicting the beauty of Wildlifes, nature and the environment, Inspired by Pope Francis’s encyclical Laudato Si’: On Care of our Common Home, changing images of endangered animals and nature were projected on the basilica in a three-hour event entitled Fiat Lux: Illuminating Our Common Home.
